1、手动安装Dongle Driver驱动
The "Install Dongle Driver.bat" file must be run to manually install the dongle driver.
The file is found in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockwell Software\FactoryTalk Activation" folder on Windows 64 bit systems and "C:\Program Files\Rockwell Software\FactoryTalk Activation"
folder on Windows 32 bit systems, unless the default install location was not used.
